WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before your appointment. If you are trying to cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of your appointment, please contact Michelle directly using the button below. Unfortunately, due to growing demand we cannot offer refunds for appointments that are changed within 8 hours of their scheduled time.

Reschedule (No fee)

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in your initial confirmation email.

  2. Click Reschedule.

  3. Choose a new date and time.

  4. Click Reschedule.

  5. You’ll be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with the your new details.

Cancel ($20 fee)

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in your initial confirmation email.

  2. Click Cancel.

  3. Click Yes, cancel appointment.

  4. You’ll be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with the confirmation of your cancellation.
